Celebration for Sale Real Estate Inventory

One of the most illuminating pieces of Celebration housing market statistics in 2020 was the inventory.

As the average Celebration house price continued to rise in spite of the pandemic, many wondered why.

Of course, there's no one single answer; it's the result of a variety of trends.

But one of the main factors was an historically low inventory.

By February, 2021 overall inventory was at 45.

With 29 condos, 5 townhomes, and 11 single-family homes on the market that month.

But while month-by-month numbers are bound to fluctuate, in general, inventory has been trending downward for some time.

Celebration Real Estate Market Forecast

Statistics don't just show us how the Celebration housing market has been doing.

They also help us predict how it will do.

So what's the market forecast?

Celebration is growing!

Throughout Orlando, population and price are going up, while inventory and rates are going down.

In fact, at 2.73% interest is the lowest it’s been in its recorded history.

Following a yearlong upswing that, thanks to Orlando's continued growth, shows no signs of slowing down.

Island Village

With Island Village, Celebration will add 1,300 new houses, townhomes, and condos.

Giving you a range of options for your Celebration real estate investment.

Moreover, the village will set aside 30,000 square feet for shops, civic buildings, and shared amenities.

Increasing home value, rates, and appeal for renters.

With lockdowns sinking businesses and forcing people indoors, those paying a premium for small digs in big cities were starting to feel the crunch.

What good was a tiny million-dollar condo in a great location if you couldn't use the location?

As a result, many set their sights on Florida.

A promised land of cheap housing, low living costs, and lax COVID laws.

And they just keep coming.

In fact, as of December, 2020, 1,000 people are moving to Florida every day.

And while we've started to get a handle on COVID-19, the damage to cities like New York and LA has been done.

Leading us to forecast that Florida's growth spurt will continue well into 2021.
